Yoghurt (or yogurt in some parts of the world) dressing is really good with crunchy salads like chopped green and root salad or summer white salad. This makes a really easy delicious gluten free vegan salad dressing.
2 cloves garlic
150 g soya yoghurt
50 ml water
1. Skin and crush the garlic and add to a serving jug
2. Add the grated peel and juice of the lemon to the garlic and mix
3. Add the soya yoghurt, mix and slowly add the water until the desired consistency is reached.
