This houmous (or hummus) dressing is a quick and easy salad dressing for any salad but especially crunchy salads such as chopped green and root salad. It’s a super easy recipe for dressing that’s gluten free and vegan and super tasty.
4 tbs hoummus
1 clove garlic
4 tbs water
1. Skin and crush the garlic and add to a jug
2. Add the juice from half a lemon to the garlic along with the hoummus and whisk with a fork
3. Slowly add the water 1 tbs at a time until well mixed and the consistency is similar to a vinegarette
4. Season to taste (tamari works well as a seasoning here depending upon what you will be serving).
