Sauces, dressings and dips

Sauces, dressings and dips is a bit of a catch all but these gluten free vegan recipes can be used in so many ways depending on what is in your cupboard.

Use a whole host of sides and dressings and dips to create a gluten free vegetarian meze plate for guests to have with drinks or as a light snack – houmous dressing is great on any salad and toasted rice is delicious sprinkled on any dish but especially Vietnamese salad.

Houmous is so easy to buy in the UK and usually pretty good so I will not be including a recipe here.
