Having been vegetarian since the age of 12 (so I could cook food I liked for myself) and vegan from 20 I was well versed in the world of vegan cooking and eating. However my long term stomach/ health problems took a turn for the worse. My health had reached crisis point and with a nudge from an excellent sports doctor (and passive approaches from GPs and gastroenterologists) I started an exclusion diet. Removing gluten from my diet changed my life.
I love to cook and by that I mean healthy, straightforward, good quality gluten free vegan food. I cook from scratch every day. This does not take me hours (unless I have friends around for a special dinner). Dinner is usually on the table in less than 30 mins.
No one would pretend that moving to a gluten free vegan diet is easy at first but as a gradual progression you can pick up ideas and methods that work and, more importantly, work for you. I will make it easy for you! I will show you techniques and recipes to make gfv food that is delicious and moreish.
